Request service
Request septic service in Knoxville and East Tennessee
Use the form below to describe what is happening with your septic system. Knoxville Septic Pros passes each request to a septic contractor working the region, who reviews the details, reaches out to you and sets up a visit when one is needed. Nothing is priced from the form alone.
Request a site visit
Give us the property address, the symptom and how long it has been going on, and a septic contractor will reach out about next steps.
What to put in your request
A few specifics save a phone call or two. The most useful details are:
- The street address, so the contractor knows which county program covers the property and how far the truck travels.
- What you are noticing: slow drains, gurgling, a sewage odor, a wet patch over the field, an alarm sounding, or a backup inside.
- When it started and whether it gets worse after rain, laundry day or a houseful of guests.
- The last time the tank was pumped, if you know, and whether you have a permit drawing or an old report.
- How a vehicle reaches the yard: gates, steep drives, soft ground or a lid under a deck or patio.
If the problem is an emergency
Sewage coming up through a floor drain or pooling where children and pets play needs quick attention. Cut back on water use at once, keep everyone away from the wet area and say so plainly in your request. Never lift a heavy tank lid or lean into an open tank; the gases inside are dangerous. If the trouble is a single slow toilet or one clogged sink while every other fixture drains normally, the blockage may sit in the house plumbing, so mention which fixtures are affected. That one detail helps the contractor decide whether to bring a pump truck, a camera or both.
What happens after you send it
The contractor reads your notes, may call or text with a question or two and arranges a time to see the property. Cost depends on things like tank size, lid depth, access and whether a permit or design is involved, so the price comes after the visit. If the job turns out to be plumbing inside the house rather than the septic system, you will hear that too. The septic services page explains each type of work, and the service areas page lists the communities covered.
